Mark Ellis is our Head Surveyor who is based in Trowbridge, near Bath, so mainly carries out our surveys in the Bath and Swindon regions. Mark is a fellow member of the RPSA, and has a real passion for residential property following previous work in Property Photography and even Property Development in Brazil! Mark has been with us since late 2021 and continues to receive praise for how in-depth and detailed his surveys are for our clients.

Omar Simpson joined our practice as a Surveyor in 2025, bringing with him significant experience in the property industry since 2010. His background includes a role as a Foreman for a prominent independent contractor, providing a strong practical foundation for his work as a surveyor. Away from his professional endeavours, Omar previously competed in the 400m for Great Britain.

Based in Bristol, Oli provides comprehensive residential surveys across the region, from Gloucester down to Weston-super-Mare. He brings a wealth of technical expertise to the team, having previously specialised in the performance and composition of building products and materials. This background allows Oli to offer a unique perspective on property health, bridging the gap between technical manufacturing standards and practical, on-site applications.

Joseph joined the business in 2025 after switching from a building surveying consultancy, where he mainly focused on commercial and education project work. He graduated from UWE Bristol in 2023 and brings over three years of strong experience. Based between Bristol and Bath, he works across the region and, away from his professional endeavours, is a keen rugby player who has represented both Bath Academy and Somerset.
OFFICE MANAGER
Lauren is our Office Manager and is likely the person who you will speak with when you first call or email us, and is also the person to contact if you would like a quote or further information about booking a survey with us. Lauren has been a superstar since joining us in early 2022 and keeps all our jobs and other operations well organised. Lauren is the reason we can respond to your queries so quickly which we take great pride in.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Kia works diligently to ensure our existing clients are happy and also helps Lauren with running the office. With a previous history in agency Kia is known for his friendliness, authenticity, and making it his mission to make sure our clients are consistently impressed with our service.
ACCOUNTS
Lucia helps with ad-hoc tasks, currently everything related to finance. Lucia has done a bit of almost everything in Dundas from the beginning, and has been a great member of the team. Having moved from Sunny Spain approximately 15 years ago, Lucia is currently enjoying life in not-so-sunny Weston Super Mare by the beach.

Contact UsWe can carry out surveys in Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Devon. Our surveys are carried out by one of our 5 local surveyors who have in-depth knowledge of their areas.
This depends on both the property as well as how detailed you would like the information to be. Level 1 is a basic check and most suited to new builds. Level 2 is suitable for most properties as it is in-depth enough to give you a clear idea of the property condition and any work that needs to be done, along with checking a handful of any specific concerns you may have. This is also suitable for most flats. Level 3 is best for older properties / complex construction / neglected maintenance. This is also the best report if you want a detailed check of all possible areas or have concerns regarding the overall condition of the property.
The main difference is in the level of detail and advice provided, therefore time spent both at the property and during the editing and follow-up phases. If the property seems fine or is a flat then most likely a Level 2 will be fine, though if the property is older or you have concerns then a Level 3 is recommended.
We aim to keep the lead-time down to 2 to 3 weeks.
